This Privacy Policy applies to the following iOS apps published by Murat Gazioglu: Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete, MySpotsPlaces, and Namaz+ Vakti.
Murat Gazioglu respects your privacy. These apps are designed to limit data use and keep user information on the user's device or in the user's own Apple/iCloud environment where applicable.
We do not collect personal data through these apps.
If you contact us by email for support, we will receive the information you choose to send in that email, such as your email address and message content. We use that information only to respond to your request.
Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete may request access to your photo library so you can review, keep, and delete photos or videos.
Photo and video processing is performed locally on your device. Your images, videos, and media are not uploaded to our servers. You decide what to delete. Deleted media follows Apple/iOS Photos deletion behavior.
Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete does not use location permission.
MySpotsPlaces may request location permission to support app features related to places and spots. Murat Gazioglu does not collect location data from MySpotsPlaces.
Namaz+ Vakti may use location manually, automatically, or both, to provide relevant prayer time features. Murat Gazioglu does not collect location data from Namaz+ Vakti.
Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete does not store user data in iCloud.
MySpotsPlaces stores user data in iCloud. This is used to support the app's functionality and syncing through the user's Apple/iCloud account. iCloud storage is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
Namaz+ Vakti does not store user data in iCloud.
MySpotsPlaces may require account creation or login to use certain features. Based on the confirmed app privacy information, Murat Gazioglu does not use this to collect personal data through the app.
Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete and Namaz+ Vakti do not require account creation or login based on the confirmed information.
The apps do not use analytics, crash reporting, Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, or other third-party SDKs. The apps do not use user data for advertising and do not track users across apps or websites.
These apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the apps do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email or another support channel, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Because we do not collect personal data through these apps, we usually do not have app data to delete from our systems.
For MySpotsPlaces data stored in iCloud, users may manage or delete data through the app, iOS settings, iCloud settings, or Apple account controls where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
Photo Cleaner X processes photos and videos locally on the user's device only. Photo and video access is used only to let the user review, keep, and delete media locally on the device.
The user decides what to delete. Deleted media follows Apple/iOS Photos deletion behavior. The app is free and does not use location permission or iCloud storage based on the confirmed information.
MySpotsPlaces may use location permission to support place-related features, but Murat Gazioglu does not collect location data from the app.
MySpotsPlaces may require account creation or login and stores user data in the user's iCloud account. MySpotsPlaces includes subscriptions handled through Apple's App Store purchase system.
Namaz+ Vakti may use manual and automatic location options to provide relevant prayer time features. Murat Gazioglu does not collect location data from Namaz+ Vakti.
The app does not use subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid features, ads, account creation, login, or iCloud storage based on the confirmed information.
These Terms of Use apply to Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete, MySpotsPlaces, and Namaz+ Vakti. By downloading, accessing, or using any of these apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
You may use the apps for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to reverse engineer them, copy them, modify them, extract their source code, or use them in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple App Store rules.
Photo Cleaner X helps users review, keep, and delete photos and videos locally on their device. The user is responsible for deciding which media to delete. Deleted media follows Apple/iOS Photos deletion behavior. Photo Cleaner X is provided as a free app based on the confirmed information.
MySpotsPlaces may use location permission to support place-related features. It may require account creation or login for certain features. MySpotsPlaces stores user data in iCloud.
MySpotsPlaces includes subscriptions. Subscription details, including duration, price, renewal terms, and any trial period, are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase flow before purchase.
Namaz+ Vakti may use manual and automatic location options to provide prayer time features. Prayer time, religious, direction, reminder, or related information is provided for general informational use. Users should use their own judgment and consult trusted local or religious sources where accuracy is important.
Namaz+ Vakti is provided without subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid features, or ads based on the confirmed information.
If you purchase a MySpotsPlaces subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple rules. All purchases, refunds, billing, and cancellation processes are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms.
The apps do not sell user data, track users across apps or websites, or use user data for advertising. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature at any time. Some features may require a compatible device, an updated operating system, internet access, iCloud availability, or Apple services. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You are responsible for your use of the apps, your device, your Apple ID, your iCloud account, your internet connection, and any carrier or data charges that may apply.
For Photo Cleaner X, you are responsible for reviewing media carefully before deleting it. For MySpotsPlaces, you are responsible for the places, notes, or other content you create, save, or sync through iCloud. For Namaz+ Vakti, you are responsible for verifying prayer times, religious information, direction, reminders, and related information where needed.
The apps, names, designs, features, content, and related materials are owned by Murat Gazioglu or used with permission, except for content owned by Apple or other third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the apps without permission.
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murat Gazioglu disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murat Gazioglu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the apps.
You may stop using the apps at any time by deleting them from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to an app or feature if required by law, Apple rules, security needs, or misuse of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Murat Gazioglu does not collect personal data, sell user data, track users across apps or websites, or use user data for advertising in Photo Cleaner X: Easy Delete, MySpotsPlaces, or Namaz+ Vakti. Users are responsible for how they use each app, including deleting media in Photo Cleaner X, managing saved places in MySpotsPlaces, and verifying prayer-related information in Namaz+ Vakti where needed. MySpotsPlaces includes subscriptions handled through Apple App Store billing and account settings. The apps are provided as is, may be updated or changed, and support is available at x11aiagent@gmail.com.
